Maverick's–aka THE MAV–launches two Metro-Detroit locations (Canton and Woodhaven) with a new, easy-going brand
to promote their unique all-inclusive atmosphere. The owners of Maverick's had a goal to awe their audience of all ages while also successfully separating them from their previous name. Out with the old, and in with THE MAV.

Inspired by the owner's beloved jack russell terrier, Maverick, we created a custom-illustrated yet abstract dog icon and paired it with a modern and bold, condensed sans serif font. The neutral and versatile color palette combined with energetic character creates an inviting and enthusiastic brand that is both endearing and contemporary, yet established and timeless.
